What is stress

What is Stress?

Stress occurs when an individual is dragged out of their comfort zone. For example, if your parents are about to get divorced you can get stress because your not comfortable and hence not in your comfort zone.

1 discuss the problem

1. Discuss the Problem

If it’s a problem for you or a problem that you notice is causing stress to another family member, there is a chance that the problem is stressing out the whole family. Talk it out and come up with a solution.

Don t blame an individual for the problem

Don’t blame an individual for the problem

Even if it is someone in your family’s fault, don’t blame then as the cause as the stress, because that will cause even more stress not only for that person, but to the family as well.
