  4. Michelle wasn’t a hard worker in her studies, she used a cheat sheet or some non-permitted support in many of her exams.

  5. Ann was studying hard and sometimes she was jealous that Michelle had better results without the effort.

  6. By the end of their studies, they weren’t thebest friends anymore, but they still lived together.

  7. Michelle had more free time, so she already had a part-time job in an attorney’s office. She was struggling to start her master thesis reasoning that she did not have much timebecause of her job. And hoping to complete it with minimal effort.

  8. One day she decided to have the thesis written…

  9. Michelle boosted herselfforhavingthe thesis ghostwritten: shepaid for it with the money she earned through her hard work in the office, so it was well deserved!

  10. At the end, both Michelle and Ann bothdefended their theses and graduated from the law school.

  11. One year after graduation, Michelle and Ann met at the reunion of their law school class. Ann came also with her boyfriend John, who appeared to be really attracted to Michelle. • Soon after the reunion, John left Ann and started dating Michelle. • It was the last straw for Ann. Michelle cheated through her studies, had her thesis written, thanks to her work experience during her studies, had better job, and now she had stolen Ann’s love!

  12. Ann had few photos of Michelle’s monitor showingher thesis was ghost-written.

  13. Thankyou very much forthe thesis youwroteforme! I got B fromit and I‘m a lawyernow!

  14. Ann took photos of the evidence and sent them to the University and also to the office where Michelle was currently working. • Ann knew it would take some time before the University withdrew the degree from Michelle, but the reaction from her employer might be faster. • Revenge is sweet…

  16. The conclusion • Michelle’s employer fired Michelle, being afraid to lose credibility with his clients • The University started an investigation to withdraw Michelle’s degree • Michelle was hired by another attorney’s office, soon they received the same letter and she lost her job again • Other attorney’s offices refused her job application, Michelle heard from friend that in the town she has the reputation of a cheater

  17. The conclusion • Within the investigation, the University found an Easter egg*from the ghost writer in Michelle’s thesis, so there were no doubts and her degree was withdrawn. • She move to another town and never had the chance to work in the field of law again.
