Buy manufacturer recommended NRTL-listed chargers and batteries for devices Regularly inspect batteries, battery chargers, and the devices powered by these batteries for damage Dispose of at appropriate facilities Check with landfill or electronics/hardware stores Consumer Lithium Ion Battery Safety DO Common NRTL seals

Consumer Lithium Ion Battery Safety DON’T Charge batteries or devices that are excessively cold or hot (Below 32F or above 90F) Mix batteries of different types or manufacturers Buy deeply discounted “prices too good to be true” batteries or chargers.
