  4. Who will make your healthcare decisions if you can’t?

  5. Will they agree on which path you would take? Will they know howyou would decide?

  6. Without any direction from you, it may very well be the hardest decision they ever have to make. They may always wonder or worry about whether or not they made the right choice for you.

  7. Talk to your family; tell them what you would do or how you would decide and designate a durable power of attorney for healthcare. Do it for yourself Do it for those you love
