  1. Making Your Own Quality Assurance Plan It is the quality assurance responsibility to make sure that they obtain the desired results through their evaluations and procedures. Plan of quality assurance typically evolves in organizational structure, details on the employee’s responsibility and the things that they need to fulfil. Quality assurance is important specially in small businesses to make sure that efficiency and customer satisfaction are achieved at all times. Organization The basic requirement of quality assurance includes a detailed job description. Quality assurance plan must have job description with specific qualifications and training needed to perform the specific task. Documentation of the actual training and qualifications should be included as well on the plan Work Verification The person who will be responsible for checking the plan is also important in quality assurance plan. In some instances, the person who carries out the specific task can also perform the checking however he or she must keep in mind to keep a different procedure in doing so. He must be able to maintain a separate task based on separate procedures. Complex tasks on the other hand should have someone who’s qualified to do the job. Material Receiving In order to produce quality product, production must have quality material that complies with the required characteristics of the material from the quality assurance plan. Supplier Qualification More often than not, testing complicated equipment is not possible upon the receipt. This is why providing specific standards to suppliers are very important. You can also have a list of the qualified suppliers to make sure than your quality assurance plan is put into place. Through this you can also have an assurance that suppliers will be able to meet your standards even before they can bid. Quality Feedback One of the main goals of quality assurance plan is to improve company processes through valuable feedback. Their job is to also monitor customer complaints and work on implanting feedback through investigation. A non-compliance report must be issued if certain process are not being followed based on the required procedure. Corrective Action For every non-compliance report that arises, it is vital to take the corrective action to ensure that this will not reoccur. The quality assurance plan should indicate the person who did the work, who has checked it and the needed resolution.
