  1. QOTD 9/23/14 Pick up a ½ sheet and answer the questions. I will stamp your HW from last night. AFTER you have finished the QOTD, then compare your HW answers with your group members.

  2. QOTD Answers Possible correct answers: 0.71 m, 0.72 m, 0.73 m, 0.74 m Possible correct answers: 0.40 m, 0.41 m, 0.42 m Possible correct answers: 0.4 m , 0.5 m, 0.6 m

  3. QOTD Answers Object A: starts at 1.90 cm and ends at 11.65 cm. 11.65 cm - 1.90 cm = 9.75 cm but your eyes may see slightly different starting and ending points! Correct answers: anywhere about 9.75 but MUST go to the hundredths place! (because you can estimate in between the tenths place markings)

  4. QOTD Answers Object B: starts at 0.00 cm and ends at 10.05 cm. 10.05 cm - 0.00 cm = 10.05cm but your eyes may see slightly different starting and ending points! Correct answers: anywhere about 10.05 but MUST go to the hundredths place! ex: 10.00 cm would be ok but 10 cm or 10.0 cm would NOT be ok!
