  2. Cooperation between Regional develop-ment fund and Social fund based on: The National Strategy for Regional Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Employment 2007-2013 ! Arenas for cooperation between the funds, both at a strategic level and at regional level. Synergies between the two funds in order to facilitate for regional learning, growth and innovativeness. Learning conferences and seminars in each of the eight regions/structural programmes. Joint efforts to create continous improvements in line with the system of indicators and stronger impact due to cooperation between the funds.

  3. Evaluation of Regional structural funds programmes Project level Contracting on-going evaluatorsand self evaluation in projects. Regional program level Contracting on-going evaluators (responsible for 2-3 programs). P. 1 The aim is learning to and from projects, programmes and in public debate! P. 2 MC Synthesis and Learning in Structural funds P. 3 P. 4 MC P. 5 P. 6 MC P. 8 P. 7 Contracts with on-going evaluators in larger/strategic projects. All project owners are responible for selfevaluation.

  4. University qualified efforts to improve feedback and learning fromongoing evaluation for both funds: • Joint course and reader in Learning and Ongoing evaluation. • A joint guideline in Ongoing evaluation and project support: ”Nytta med följeforskning” • National network for evaluators, newsletters and research reports.

  5. Learning spiral: Regional learning by means of networking, conferences etc. Cooperation between the RCE and territorial objectives Univ. qualified on-going evaluation in projects, programmes Joint evaluation of the implementation organisation
