These bulbs provide 360° illumination. WHAT’S INSIDE AN LED CORN BULBS? Top & Bottom Design Ventholes Lamp Body Hollow Aluminum Heat sink Bottam Design Dual Optical Electric Gap LED CORN BULBS COMPRISE OF THE FOLLOWING: TOP AND BOTTOM DESIGN: VENTHOLES Present on both top and bottom ends Allow air circulation for ventilation. LED Driver Locates on the bottom end of the LED corn bulb Converts AC input into usable DC power. Regulates the power supply. Electrical Gap The first gap separates the heat sink and junction plate The second gap separates the lamp and the driver Bottom Casing Holds the LED driver and a base for mounting the LED on a suitable lamp holder. BODY Hollow Aluminum Heat sink: LED corn bulbs need a hollow heat sink for proper heat dissipation. LED modules: Placed on the aluminum heat sink, these appear like the corn kernels.
