  • Example:

glimpse

  • noun

  • a quick look

  • Example:

    • He caught a glimpse of her in the hallway.

  • noun

  • the land and buildings of a school

  • Example:

    • The library was at the north end of the campus.


eventually

  • adverb

  • in the end; finally

  • Example:

    • Eventually he would have to do his homework.


impress

  • verb

  • to have a strong effect on

  • Example:

    • He wanted to impress his teacher with his math skills.

  • elective- class a student chooses to take

  • catechism classes- students learn about the Roman Catholic religion
