Milestones Program Design and Build • Finalize registration criteria/requirements (ACT-002)- 9/1/11 • Finalize rules of engagement for 3rd parties (ACT-025B) – 9/1/11 • Finalize pilot size - 9/9/11 • Detail design complete - 9/27/11 • Finalize decision on pilot fee – 9/27/11 • PUC approval of Pilot Program – 10/10/11 • SMT development and testing complete - 11/15/11 • API development and testing complete (publish the API specs and manual) – 11/1/11 • 3rd Party API integration – on or before 1/31/12 Program Execution • Initiate pilot communication plan – 10/15/11 (pending PUC approval of Pilot Program) • Begin pilot – on or before 1/31/12 • Periodic check points including feedback and metrics reporting • Decision to continue or end pilot

AMI’s Next Frontier: Demand Response Workshop objective : • Increased DR among AMI customers leveraging the infrastructure that has been built in order to implement the law, address market issues, and meet the customer needs. • Prioritize issues by: • Short term: May 2012 • Medium term: summer 2014 • Long term: beyond summer 2014 • Next workshop – November 30th - PUCT

AMI’s Next Frontier: Demand Response Each group that received an assignment will need to schedule additional meetings and/or conference calls to review the barrier/issues list. • Prioritize into short-, medium- and long-term categories (see above) • Determine which questions on the list are relevant to your group’s category and cross-reference those questions to each barrier/issue • Discuss and document any dependencies with each barrier/issue • Document answers to questions as appropriate.  It is also acceptable to note that a question may not be answerable at this time.

  8. AMI’s Next Frontier: Demand Response • Discuss issues and recommendations for each barrier/issue. • Document consensus • Document alterative positions on areas where consensus was not achieved • Create short summary to outline the major points (one page) • Prepare for next joint workshop • Materials from number 5 above from each group will be due to ERCOT by Friday 11/11.
