2. Slide #2: • My job is a Oil Rig Driller, every two weeks I will get paid around $5,000. In a year I will get paid anywhere from $200,000-$300,000, depending on how much oil is pumped out of the ground.

3. Slide #3: This house is located at 8513 Cross Creek Way, Bessemer Alabama 35023. It has 4 bed rooms,2 ½ baths, it is 3,240 sq ft, and it was built in 2003. The For Sale price is $259,000 and the Zestiment is $240,380, and the mortgage is $1.014/month. It is a 2 story house and has a basement that will hold up to 3 cars.

4. Slide #4: • The monthly payment on the house, at 6%, is $930, at 5%, is $921, at 3.5%, is $904.

5. Slide #5: This house is located at 1571 Riverbirch Dr, Bessemer Alabama, 35023. It has 4 bed rooms, 3 baths, 1,857 sq ft, and it was built in 2005. The sales price is $249,900 and the mortgage is $981/month. Its on .58 acres of land and has a garage.

7. Slide #7: This house is located at 8440 Lock 17 rd, Bessemer Alabama, 35023. It has 3 bed rooms, 3 baths, 1,811 sq ft, and was built in 1986. The sales price is $310,000, the Zestimate is $271,901 and the mortgage is $1,217/month. It has 6 acres on land, a fireplace and a garage.

8. Slide #8: • The monthly payment on this house, at 6% , is $1,227, at 5%, is$1,216, at 3.5%, is $1,195.

9. Slide #9: • In conclusion, I liked the 3rd house the best because it has a lot of land and it has a fireplace. All of the houses are located in Oak Grove, Alabama. I liked the 1st and 2nd house, but they didn’t have that much of land. At the 3rd house, if I wanted to, I could have some horses or cows.
