Sweetwater UHSD • Facilities Master Plan – Jul 2004/Updated Nov 2009 • 25% of buildings older than 50 years • 50% in need of moderate to major renovations • District held over 50 stakeholder meetings • Extensive community involvement • Adopted Sustainable design (LEED/CHPS) • Master plan provides build-out plan through 2020 • District divided into 2 Enrollment Planning Areas

Sweetwater UHSD • Proposition O – ongoing • Nearly 150 projects are currently in planning, design, construction or close out stages • Outreach efforts encourage hiring of local businesses and individuals for the projects • 3.2 mWh of PV solar installed at six HS sites • 6.8 mWh or PV solar planned at 17 MS/HS sites • Upcoming Opportunities – RFQ/Ps - LRFMP • Update, Professional Services & Test/Insp.
