  2. Dear Mother Mary, enchanting Blossom of Eternal Spring,

  3. To You my heart sings, and longs for You like a flower longing for the sun in spring.

  4. Do beam the fullness of Your Heavenly Love into me, oh marvellous beauty, so that I can blossom and spread the enabriating scent of Your sanctity all around me.

  5. See, in my heart Your Realm has come. Wherever Your feet are resting, spring will leave no more.

  6. That is why I lay myself and all that is mine down at Your feet like a footstool, and the bliss bestowed upon Your chosen servants will conquer my soul even before the evening sun will kiss my path through life.

  7. Let my heart rejoice under the touch of Your blessed hand, so that everything impure may be expelled from me.

  8. May my mind rejoice in being wrapped into Your veil of virtue, so that it may be forever protected against temptation and delusion, and all my thoughts may reach out for You.

  9. Your May has come, o Queen of all that lives and blooms, and like the flowers in the fields I want to greet You in most humble purity,

  10. so that I may, just like You, carry within me Eternal Life and spread pastures of delight out underneath Your feet in an everlasting glorification,

  11. and in praise and honour of God, who has given You to me as my Mother, Mistress and Guide wherever I go, until the summer that will end no more. www.myriam-van-nazareth.net
