  3. Outside the Store • Large advertisements of seasonal products • Colors are easily recognizable to the brand.

  4. Inside the Store • Great Atmosphere • Friendly employees • Quick service • Separate area for ordering and pickup • Menu is clear and easy to read • Store is kept very neat and clean

  5. Weakness • Lack of Organization • Ordering is faster process than filling the order which results in a congestion of waiting customers • Many people cramped together waiting for an only audible signal that their food is ready

  6. Insufficient seating • The dining area has little seating which makes it enticing more for those students who want to get their products on the go, rather than a ‘sit down and study crowd’ • Seats are too close together

  7. Lacking in the variety department • Within close proximity of Starbucks and Espresso Royale, but Dunkin Donuts does not compete on the coffee side of their business since they lack options for the consumer.

Number pops up on a screen when entire order is ready. • Allow customers their preferences of personal space • Allow employees to prepare other orders • Reduce confusion of multiple orders served simultaneously • Coffee truck • Possibly northwest side of main quad • Capture students that do no venture through Green St. • More convenient to get coffee between classes
