Refund In the rare case that the ordered meal is not available, you can always choose from our standard meals prepared by leading chefs when on board. You may then apply for a refund of the costs of your à la carte meal. December 2013

Captain’s choice • Discover the cockpit’s à la carte favourites. • Start your meal with a delicate salmon millefeuille, dill cream and green asparagus. • Next, savour a main course of braised veal with a suave horseradish sauce. • On the side, we’ll serve some tasty cumin potatoes and a healthy dose of spinach, carrots and • onions. • Eventually you can indulge your senses with our famous chocolate-coconut mousse. Indonesian Rice Dishes • Your Indonesian rice table starts with a kohodo salad with sweet potato, coconut and lemongrass- • marinated shrimp and an Asian fruit salad with sweet soy sauce. • The main dish is a Beef Rendang, a slightly spicy Indonesian beef stew with basmati rice and • sliced green beans with a side of spicy sambal sauce. • As a side dish, you can enjoy a ketoprak salad with thin noodles and vegetables and, for dessert, • we serve spekkoek. Bella Italia • We start by serving antipasti with olives, artichoke, marinated goat cheese, stuffed salami, • spinata romana and prosciutto ham on a bed of mixed greens. • You then enjoy pasta carbonara with pancetta and cheese sauce topped with pine nuts as • the main course.  • As a side dish, we serve a traditional Caprese salad with mozzarella, tomato and pesto and • tiramisu for dessert December 2013

Japanese Delight • You start your meal with the Japanese delicacy of sushi, a wakame seaweed salad and lightly • smoked salmon with wasabi mayonnaise. • This is followed by a delightful chicken dish with steamed rice and vegetables and a salad • made of Japanese soba noodles and sesame seeds. For dessert, we serve vanilla mousse with strawberry compote. December 2013

  8. Champagne delight Treat yourself to sheer luxury, including a small bottle of champagne and extra sweets with your coffee and tea. As an appetizer with your glass of champagne, enjoy herring caviar with Pommes Tzarine – fluffy mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives. Your salad with lightly smoked tuna with a sesame crust is served on roman lettuce with a traditional Caesar dressing and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Next, enjoy crispy, thinly sliced rib eye, cooked in a spicy Korean marinade. Stir-fried vegetables and a fried rice stuffed wrap will complement your main dish. Your festive meal is completed with cherries marinated in balsamico, cinnamon mousse and meringue. December 2013
