  44. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL Sanjoghelpline : A toll free number 1800 345 6770 and 155335 have been established in State Headquarters to redress the grievance of the general public. The same grievance is put to Sanjoghelpline portal (http://sanjoghelpline.in), and the complaint is automatically transmitted through SMS/ Fax/ letter/ website to the officer concerned or escalated to the higher officer within 7 days.

The CSP will do the enrolment of all MGNREGA beneficiaries in the GP with bio-metric devices and sign the account opening form (no frills account) Link Branch will update MGNREGS wage earner account by getting wage list from Block.
