  2. Real EMWIN The EMnet server constantly transmits a data stream from the National Weather Service NOAA Port facility, which includes all warnings and alerts issued by the NWS for stations within the US. REAL EMWIN (Emergency Managers Weather Information Network) is a software package developed and distributed by Skywatch Services. It can be configured to provide NWS weather alerts based on a wide range of criteria including the type of warning and the zones affected. EMnet can be configured to gather weather information from the satellite and send it to REAL EMWIN, or other weather software that processes messages from the NOAA weather feed. However, REAL EMWIN is supported by Skywatch Services, NOT by Communications Laboratories.
