Changes to General Provisions • Changed RITA to the Office of the Secretary for Research and Technology • Updated regulatory information in General Requirements section • 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards • Subpart E, Cost Principles in 2 CFR Part 200 (formerly OMB Circular A-21 Cost Principles for Educational Institutions) • Subpart F, Audit Requirements in 2 CFR Part 200 (formerly OMB Circular A-133 Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Institutions)

Changes to General Provisions, cont’d • Updated section titles under Specific Programmatic Requirements for: • Citizenship for Students (section 4) • Student Support (section 5) • Added additional language to Payments section • Updated Appendix A: Standard Title VI/Nondiscrimination Assurances to include appendices A-E • Clauses in Appendix A and E must be in every contract or agreement • Appendix B, C and D pertain to the transferring real property and clauses that must be included in the deed, licenses, leases, permits or other similar instruments
