  3. Notes • Reaction containers: any glass containers which are used for aminosilanization. We recycle them. We use a couple of glass staining dishes and a flask. • Aminosilane: obtained from UCT, Cat. # A0700, 25mg, expire after six months • PEG: obtained from Nektar Therapeutics. biotin-PEG (0H4M0H02, BIO-NHS-5000), mPEG (2M4M0H01, M-SPA-5000) • Methanol: ACS grade • The other chemicals such as sodium bicarbonate: from Fisher • The diameter of our centrifuge is 5”. The power of our sonicator is 130W.
