Screening • Osteoporos • Allmän screening inte aktuell • Kan ha låg bentäthet, ändå ha liten risk för fraktur • Långtidsbehandling kan medföra risker • Det finns program för riktad screening efter fraktur och vid cortisonbehandling • Riskvalidering ska alltid göras enligt program • PSA undersökning • Prov tas idag på VC • Samverkansdokument med riktlinjer för PSA finns • Finns idag i bl a Sthlm, Gtb och Malmö • Har varit föremål för start tidigare men avslagits pga ekonomi
