    13. Capacity purchases An Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) can be purchased by licensed International Operators in specific paths. IRU for the commercial life span of the cable is available in VC12, VC3, VC4 “half” capacity units. A Cable Station Right of Use (ROU) cost applies at the IRU access point/s. O&M charges is based on real cost and system utilisation. Restoration is not automatically included and needs to be separately arranged, pending availability.
