Community Sport Team • Identify, facilitate and support development of regional opportunities to enable implementation of NGB WSPs.-identify the support of the communities directorate and clarify the regional offer working alongside the CSP’s and other regional partners • Ensure NGB Plans are supported and enhanced by CSPs effective delivery against the core specification.-1/4 meetings with the CSP’s and CSPN support • Maintain and develop local relationships that will support the delivery of Sport England's wider outcomes and create the environment.-advocate and develop connectivity through communication and intelligence • 2012 –within the regional 2012 framework consider how NGB outcomes can contribute to the 2012 legacy targets Creating sporting opportunities in every community

Challenges to consider to support Rugby Union • How can we get more women and girls into the game? • Are there any versions of the game that will extend the playing life of rugby union players e.g. tag and touch rugby, rugby 7’s? • How can we make the club infrastructure more sustainable? • What can we do to support the transition from education (and especially HE and FE) into community clubs?
