Describe an action mini project
Describe an Action Mini-Project

  • Choose 2 common actions – be creative!

    • Examples: Throwing a baseball, shooting a basketball, running, doing a cartwheel, doing a certain dance move (keep it clean…)

  • Use the orange muscle packet to identify the muscles and your notes to identify the muscle movements involved in the actions (put in them in order)

  • Make a notecard of the action (muscles and muscle movements on one side, action on the other)

  • Explain/demonstrate for the class – play “name that action”
