  2. I was born in China and raised in a town name HuaSu in the city QuanZhou. I went back there this summer and have visited my family and friends. I took this picture on the balcony of my old apartment. It brought back a lot of memories when I looked around the neighborhood .

  3. Family is an essential part of my life. Family gives me supports and protections when I needed. Family gives me advises and leads me to the right path so I won’t fall to the side. Although there might be some arguments and disagreements between each family member, we still love each other.

  4. I came to New York with my family when I was 14. It was a turning point of my life which everything was different compared to my hometown and I had to start everything new. I was very frustrated and stressed when I first got there. Language barrier was a big problem for me; it felt terrible of not knowing what other people were saying. I had to start everything all over again and it seem to be quite difficult. By the passed, I realized that everything takes time to get use to and comfortable with. Live was not as terrible as it seem to be. Never give up in life because you never know how close you might be to success. #YOLO

  5. I was introduced to Photography when I was a sophomore in Abraham Lincoln High School. I fell in love with Photography because it was way for me to express my feelings and thoughts about things I seen and things that could related to me. In addition, I was taught by my Photography teacher to take pictures and to edit pictures. I was the Associate Editor of Landmark ( Yearbook crew) in my high school of the year 2012. It is fun to take pictures and to edit pictures. Sometimes I felt accomplished when I looked through my work I have done.
