  7. Meet with your administrator/bookkeeper • Have Enthusiasm • Have the Desire • Have Ideas • Have the Dream • Check with the school’s maintenance supervisor to ensure you have sufficient utilities • Create a logo… Now you have an identity

  8. Write a Proposal • Contact a Beverage System • Seek Parental Permission • Seek Sponsorships • Donations are the key • Support from parents • Don’t forget school support

  9. Set deadlines and stick to them • Advertise • School Website • Intranet E-mail • Local Newspaper • Local Television • School Newsletters • STAY ORGANIZED • Keep Records • Always send Thank You Notes
