  • Develop and test models for State planning, leadership development, and interagency coordination to expand Adult Education
  • Identify the factors that underlie successful State and local activities in strategic planning and interagency coordination
  • Develop a plan for disseminating the models and findings of the project, including the preparation of a written guide and the conduct of a symposium at the end of the project
