Get ready for the PBL Presentations Science Fair on February 23. Dress in business casual. Help set up rooms and stations. Each team has 15 minutes to present their project and answer questions. Stay until about 12:15 or 12:30 to return rooms to normal status. Keep track of time - you need to be done by noon.

  2. PBL PresentationsScience FairFebruary 23 Who is representing your team?

  3. Logistics for 2/23 Dress is business casual. Arrive no later than 10:00 to this room. I will assign you rooms (supposed to be on this hall). You will help me set up rooms and your stations. Plan to stay until about 12:15 or 12:30, to help return rooms to normal status.

  4. PBL Presentations Teams go in order, and each Team has 15 minutes. You will introduce yourself and your Team (even those not here). Then you will present your project, how you came to that product, what your team did when working on the product, etc. At the end of the formal presentation, you will ask for questions. When done engaging in the Q&A, invite your audience to come up and look closely at your visuals and ask you any additional questions that may arise as they look at your materials.

  5. PBL Presentations (cont) At the end of your 15 minutes, you will ask folks to return to their seats, thank them, and then announce that the next Team will now present. Team 6 will announce at the end of their 15 minutes that the PBL Presentations are now complete, and encourage audience to check out the rest of the demonstrations, presentations, and vendors at the Fair.

  6. Help each other keep track of time. 15 minutes each -- no more, no less.You have to be done by Noon.
