  2. Progression of Consequences After you serve your detention, you go back to “First Offense” the next time you violate classroom rules. *There is no warning

  3. List of things that will result in negative consequences • Tardy (If you arrive later than 60 seconds after the bell rings) • Un-approved cell phone use. When in doubt, ask Mr. Bui. Calculator use will only result in a warning, and nothing more. • Chewing gum, eating food, and having drinks in open container. • Classroom Disruption, including being out of your seat, talking during teaching, talking loudly during class work, yelling, laughing loudly, throwing items, cussing (cursing), pushing or touching others, and littering. • More serious misbehaviors (like cheating, fighting, sexual harassment, and destruction of school property) will result in immediate referral to Room 4, a phone call home, and, in the case of cheating, an F.
