  9. Healing laughter Laughing: • 200 times burns off the same amount of calories as 10 minutes on a rowing machine • blood plessure drops to a lower, healthier level • relaxes your muscels • works out your major internal systems like the cardiovascular and respiratory ones

  11. Dealing with emotions What you can do: • confront the emotions • keep a journal • introspect - find the core reason

  12. Some questions you could ask yourself when you are writing in your journal: What am I feeling? When did it start? How am I feeling? What were the triggers for this emotion? What images come to mind as I feel it? When else have I felt it? Is it familiar or new? What would I like to say to the person/event/myself?
