Cramp Production Schedule • 60個(2ヶ月) • 発注:4月末 -> 納品6月末 • 320個(2〜4ヶ月?) • 発注:6月〜8月->納品9月+10月末(分納) • インストール4〜8週間 6月のパフォーマンスを確認後プロダクションへ (遅くて7月第一週) Bottom Line • 部品調達2〜3週間を6月中に依頼すれば間に合うかも? • クランプ取り付けのユーティリティーは満足できるレベル。 • プリント基板はFixでよいか?基盤の製作を前倒しすればさらにspeed up。 • 変更の可能性がある部分は • プローブ(ピン/ゴム) • コーティング剤の材質や塗り方? • 電圧読み出しプローブ

Clamp Prototype Install Summary • 3 types of clamps (3 each are installed to North Station-3, Octant-7 and 8, Gap-0. • Nearly 100% electrical contacts were achieved by the clamps without removing coating. -> Clamp works well! • Will test with HV up to 1.5k with Ar/Co2 gas this week before closing the hatch. • Observing relieved cross talk effect may be difficult because of partial coverage (only 30% of all anode wires in Oct-8, 15% in Oct-7).

  11. Improving HV performance • Better Coating • Dry air cover to Station-3 • need to evaluate cost-effectiveness • Can be kept as back up if the prototype clamps behave poorly against HV
