  2. Personify Rollout – Addressing Key Concerns Does it work? • Yes. • Customization is 98% complete. • Chapters are reporting that it meets their database needs and will work for the association. Is there training? • Yes. • National IT staff (all) has completed Personify Training. • Chapter Services staff (7) will complete Personify training 2/19-2/21. • Training manuals and webinars are being added and updated regularly. • Chapters will be able to select from a variety of training options at different price points moving forward.

Personify Rollout – Addressing Key Concerns Customer Service / Communication • IT Director on board to coordinate all IT activity and ensure superior customer service to all chapters. • Chapter Services staff will be assisting with the project. They will: • send monthly emails to all chapters. • make weekly/ bi-weekly calls to Personify chapters to support them through roll-out. • support training side by answering basic questions on the database. • serve as resource to identify differences in chapters existing operations that need to fit into the locked down system. • Expectations for chapters and national will be defined pre-rollout with a commitment letter developed by National staff and existing Personify chapters. • Tech.abc.org will house ongoing status updates for all to access in addition to training resources and ticketing system.
