  1. An Exciting Message of Love and Hope! Sacred Heart Parish, Sauk Rapids Adult Faith Formation Series What is the meaning of life? How can we experience the love we long for? What is the purpose of the married and celibate vocations? What does the marital union of a man and woman say to us about God and His plan for our lives and creation? Why did God create us male and female? Never has there been an age where issues of the human person have been so visibly at the forefront of society, politics and even religion.  Issues such as marriage, abortion, contraception, and celibacy have created much controversy and confusion, and seem to have no clear-cut answers. Pope John Paul II taught extensively on these issues. In his teachings, now known as The Theology of the Body, JPII explains God’s divine plan for humanity, and the hope and comfort that these truths can provide us. They are being discovered by people young and old alike, and are being hailed as inspiring, compassionate, and surprising. Join us for “Created and Redeemed” - eight thought provoking presentations by Christopher West that will enrich your understanding of human sexuality and the spiritual power it contains. This 8 part series begins Thursday Sept 22, 7-8:30pm at Sacred Heart Church For more info call Jeanne @ 255-7309 or Jim @ 656-1662
