What is the purpose of the intervention? • To understand one’s strengths and weaknesses. • To evaluate and compare current behavior to internal standards and values. • To minimize weakness and maximize strengths. • People will be negatively affected if they don’t live up to their personal standards

  3. When and with whom, might this intervention be appropriate? • An individual who is going through changes in their personal life ( divorce, death e.t.c). • A Newly hired person who needs to understand the job scope ( how to talk with customer or within company). • For personal growth.

  4. What are the advantages / disadvantages of using this intervention? Advantages • Increased self-awareness. • Develop self-acceptance. • Become more accepting of others. Disadvantages • Could misunderstand individual strength or behavior • Develop an inferiority complex • Attempt to be someone else.

  5. Are there tips, techniques or strategies you will want to keep in mind for this? • Realize that it is only an assessment. • Other variables can come into play when taking the assessment. • It is possible for the information to change as you change.
