Étude CALGB/SWOG 80405 : caractéristiques des patients (2) • Entre novembre 2005 et mars 2012 : • 3 058 patients non sélectionnés inclus • Analyse finale : 1 137 patients (333 éligibles pré-amendement avec test KRAS disponible – 804 post-amendement) • Suivi médian = 24 mois • Analyse de la SG prévue à 849 événements • Limite de futilité atteinte à la 10e analyse intermédiaire (20 janvier 2014) • ASCO® 2014 - D’après Venook AP et al., abstr. Etude CALGB/SWOG 80405 : conclusions(7) • En 1re ligne de traitement du CCRM KRAS sauvage (codons 12 + 13), l’association CT + bévacizumab ou CT + cétuximab est équivalente en termes d’efficacité • SG > 29 mois dans les 2 bras • Environ 1 patient sur 10 survivant à long terme • Analyses complémentaires (tout RAS, traitements après 1re ligne, études translationnelles,…) en cours • “Take home messages” : • Les possibilités en 1re ligne de traitement du CCRM KRAS sauvage sont désormais multiples, • Le choix de la 1re ligne doit tenir compte des préférences du patient notamment en terme d’EI • Environ 10 % des patients vivront plus de 5 ans • ASCO® 2014 - D’après Venook AP et al., abstr.
