Goals • Improve general classroom & school climate & community relations • Improve behavioral supports for students with emotional & behavioral challenges • To establish a national guidance in the development on national Education System by government • Establish local commitment of participation of schools and sponsorships to promote the Education System. • Start management coordination committee for developing School programs • Improve the academic quality of the scienceand technology projects. • To establish a local coordination committee and program plan • To start a training program for teachers in the development of Educational projects

Learning Outcomes! • Students • Students learn more effectively. • Make it clear what students can hope to gain from following a particular course or lecture. • Teachers • Help teachers to design their materials more effectively by acting as a template for them. • Help teachers to select the appropriate teaching method.

Problems Solutions • This can be over come by teaching sixth class basic English for the first months with Computer Animations. • Training of the existing staff should be arranged on priority basis and the heads of the institutions will also train them. • For the community expectation we should make our school more attractive. • Directly converting 6th class into English medium with Computer will be difficult. • The existing staff is not trained for this purpose. • Increased community expectation.

  12. Problems Solutions • Performance graph of the students in the beginning will not be high and they might be discouraged. • Pvt. Schools will be directly in competition with govt. schools. • There is no any kind of local, regional or national science/IT fair. So the starting point is zero. • Syllabus for the first year should be shortened into three Parts. • Try to take the competition positively. This will motivate the teachers to equip themselves better than before. • Try to start a science/IT fair with help of science and IT teachers and students.

Results • These steps are beneficial for the school Result. • In this respect the poor common man will be able to • have free English medium education. • There will be health competition between students of • school. • Learning skills will generated. • The Students will be more confident and equipped • to meet the challenges of the modern life. • They will be able to go aboard for higher education. • There will be a uniform education System for all. • Class difference & inferiority complex will decrease. • Exploitation of the innocent poor people in the name • of English Medium Education by the Pvt. Sector will • stop. • Literacy rate will increase.
