  5. The IIUM Library appointed a librarian for each Kulliyyah/Faculty to: Be the Liaison between the Library and the Kulliyyah. 1. Maintain a good rapport/relationship with the faculty members and students of the Kulliyyah.

  6. Liaison librarian……. 2. Work together with the Kulliyyah for activities of accreditation and external examiner. 3. Entertain guests (especially visitors to the Kulliyyah) who wish to visit the library.

  7. 4. Provide reference and research services • . For your convenience, Information Desks are made available at level one & two to entertain your informational enquiries.

  8. 5. Develop the collection under their supervision

  9. 6. Attend Kulliyyah Board Meeting.This is the medium where the library reports on the latest development in library services & facilities

  10. 7.Provide promotional and marketing activities Thematic Exhibition Plasma Board Brochures

  11. 8. Conduct Library Research Skills class • . Conduct information literacy classes for undergraduates and postgraduates to prepare them the library research skills

  12. Library Research Skills Class : why important? • To provide the students with sufficient knowledge on finding information resources in preparation for their research assignment
