Adding Decimals. Things to know about decimals…. decimals can be invisible  When out of sight…draw on right! we can add 0s at the end of decimals we can drop extra ending 0s (after decimal) if not needed. 5 = 5. 21 = 21. 12 = 12.00 4.5 = 4.50 13.20 = 13.2 7.0 = 7.
