  3. Who Are We? The Longhorn Center for Civic Engagement helps train a new generation of civic leaders Engaging a Campus, Serving a Community The University of Texas at Austin
  4. 74% of all students report that they volunteer each year at least one time. Most say they volunteer as a member of one of the 1000 student organizations on campus. Of those just over 350 1000 organizations, say they have service as 78% of all student orgs part of their mission. Nearly $1.2 million volunteer, and raised over last year. They are just a portion of the nearly 28,000 undergraduates who chose to give nearly 1 million hours last year serving all over the world, and representing the Longhorn community.
