MIR’s Features in Previous Years
  • Originally developed during closeout of Year 17 (Spring 2008) for performance-based contracts
  • Monthly report which provides an itemized listing and summary count of the services recognized by HIVCS’ payment system
  • Enhanced during closeout of Year 18 (Spring 2009) to mark services recognized by HIVCS’ payment system that have been reviewed and found to be problematic
what s new in the 2010 mir
What’s New in the 2010 MIR?
  • The Monthly Totals section now displays the projections for each service for each month, and calculates the % completed for that month.
  • There is a section for Year To Date totals. It also compares services performed with projections and calculates the % completed. In addition, it shows subtotals by service family.
  • MIR is now distributed to cost-based contracts.
  • There is a Summary of Issues Noted section that summarizes and calculates the ongoing value of problematic items. This replaces the report previously produced at closeout.
