Types of Electrical Injuries • Electrical shock • Electrocution • Burns • Falls Injuries sustained from a fall directly attributed to being shocked Redness or charring of the skin from contact with electricity Fatality as a direct result of an electrical shock Involves the passing of electrical shock through the body

  7. Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Hands-On Certification Factory Service completes a hands-on demonstration of LOTO knowledge during technician audits. OSHA regulation and GE’s Master LOTO Program require a hands-on demonstration every year. A change this past month means that reciprocal demonstrations are NOT permitted, meaning if technician A verifies technician B’s LOTO demonstration, technician B cannot verify technician A the same day or call.
