AL_Com Loop

  • Ring loop-topology with detectors, I/O interfaces and sounders

  • Short-circuit isolators in every loop unit – all detectors and interfaces will continue to operate even with a single break or short circuit on the AL_Com Loop

  • One branch between two units on the main loop

  • All ‘decisions’ made by loop unit, event messages sent to panel

  • Fail-safe operation if communication fails.
