  3. What’s it made of? • Component Wt. % • Al2O3 0.2 • CaO 45 • Fe2O3 0.2 • K2O 0.2 • MgO 0.7 • Na2O 0.1 • SiO2 45

  5. Why Calcium Silicate? Calcium silicate is generally more appropriate for temperatures above 225 Degrees C; while fiberglass is generally used at temperatures below 225 Degrees C
