Introduction • It is a community-based program. • Definition • through individual plan that provided support within a protective setting . • Goal • assist patient to live in the community as independent as possible, and support caregiver to be an important aspect of services.

Results Modified Caregiver Satisfaction Scale (CSS). • Overall satisfaction • Significantly and negatively related to cost of care • positively related to total staff numbers and total number of • RNs at the adult day healthcare centre.
Discussion • Caregivers are high level of needs and a low level of satisfaction in Korea. • Need to • Improve skilled nursing and rehabilitation • develop a culture- specific model based on Korean context.
