    4. Tag-Out Process Amplifications for Divers The proposed diver's tag-out shall be reviewed jointly by the Diving Supervisor and the RA Representative, if an MOA is applicable.

    5. Tag-Out Process Amplifications for Divers If a tag-out for divers affects several tag-out logs, the tag-out must be cross-referenced to each tag-out log.

    6. Tag-Out ProcessAmplifications for Divers If so requested by a member of the diving team, Ship's Force shall escort a diving team member while that member sights all applicable tags before signing the Diving Safety Checklist.

    7. Ship’s Force shall brief the diving activity supervisor or designated representative on all tags and work area isolation devices (e.g., hull blanks, cofferdams, bellybands, etc.) or other operations that could affect the tag-out that shall be in place during the dive, with a caution not to disturb these devices except as directed by the work documents.
