UTSA Procard Program • Procard Benefits: • Is a convenient purchase and payment tool for single purchases up to $5,000 • Eliminates paperwork and potential delays associated with larger purchases • Reduces administrative costs • Fewer purchase orders, invoices and checks are required to be processed.

  3. Why get a Procard? • Last day to create PBOs – small purchases orders in Define – April 30th • UTShare/PeopleSoft – Go-Live – May 1st • Access will be available on May 13th • Benefit to departments • No disruption to purchases less than $5,000 • Already have Procard ? • Review/Evaluate credit limit • Complete Card Maintenance Request Form forward to PTCA by April 1st

Procard Applications • Procard Applications • Completed applications due to PTCA by March 28th • PTCA will review applications • Order Procards with Citibank • Citibank requires 10 business days • Procard Compliance Guidelines Training (AM535) • Tue – April 22 9:00 a.m UH 1.104A Note: Additional classes will be scheduled if necessary.
