  • Do you remember slavery? Traders from powerful western countries who used to buy men and women from weaker countries and ship them back home. A nasty inhumane and exploitive practice that was outlawed by all civilized countries “decades ago”.......?

  • Article 34 of the Convention of the Human rights says, governments will prevent, "... the exploitive use of children in prostitution or other unlawful sexual practices“.

  • Salma, from India married when she was only 10 years old. Within a year of her marriage, she was raped by her father-in-law and, then, she ran away 500 km from her village to Bombay.

  • When she got there, she was tricked by a pimp, thinking he would help her: he drugged her and he sold her to a madam running a brothel in Bombay. She was kept in captivity and was forced to have sex with different men. Recently, she discovered that she had AIDS.
