    3. Carrie Academy International is a natural offshoot from our very established and renowned enterprise, Carrie Models International (“CMI”). CMI came on the scene in 1976 and since then has developed into a leading brand and the market leader of the modeling industry in Singapore. We are proud to say that CMI has professionally groomed many young Singaporeans into becoming truly passionate and successful models and their fame and assignments have spread not only around Singapore, but also internationally. There is no doubt that CMI has carved a significant niche for itself on the international stage. CMI is no longer just a company engaged in modeling business. It has created a super brand “Carrie” and has gained much respect and admiration from its competitors and overseas establishments. Today, CMI has ventured out of its comfort zone in Singapore and has built up a network of CMI agencies in the Asia region. It now operates also in Hong Kong, Philippines and China. In addition, CMI has created affiliates in Mongolia, Kazakhstan and some other locations. Not so long ago, CMI decided it was time to create an Academy to train and groom people who are desirous of making changes or improvements in their lives, personal or corporate. There was that urgent need to set up a responsible and caring institution to attend to image build-up for individuals and corporate clients. Hence, CAI was established for that very noble purpose. CAI aims to prove to the world that the “Carrie” brand carries with it an aura of respectability and passionate responsibility. CAI has already created truly innovative and highly focused and dynamic training and developmental programmes to enhance and enrich the image of both individual and corporate personalities. CAI is committed to its mission of providing highly relevant professional guidance on the business of image-building and/or image change. There are clearly many benefits which will come with a warm, respectable, presentable and captivating image. Some benefits are visible whilst some others, though not visible, go a long way towards promoting goodwill and personality charm and appeal.
