Create a new request2

Create a New Request

  • One request can be used to submit time off when taking more than one day in a row, but ONLY when requesting the same exact time period off

  • EXAMPLE: I am taking a full week off, I would choose 8 am to 5 pm, then on the calendar my start date would be Monday and end date would be Friday, I would submit leave for 40 hours.

  • EXAMPLE: I am taking a day and a half off. I will choose 1 pm to 5 pm on Monday, and submit the 4 hour request. I would then create another request for 8 am to 5 pm on Tuesday and submit the 8 hour request.

  • EXAMPLE: I am taking off two afternoons, I will choose 1 pm to 5 pm on Monday and ending on Tuesday and submit the request, it will then populate the timesheet for 4 hours for each day.
