Costs New VS Retrofit • Retrofit: • $200 / Door; $80 / ft • "PG&E Emerging Technologies Program Application Assessment Report #0608 LED Supermarket Case Lighting“ • RTF B/C = .7 for Low Temp T8 to LED • New: • $800 / Door; $320 / ft B/C = .07* • Tyler Refrigeration – email quote • $250 / Door; $100 / ft B/C = .56* • Hussman – verbal quote from Ryan Kolb • Target: • $140 / Door; $56 / ft B/C = 1* *For Low temp T8 to LED, based on linear relationship to cost, calibrated by Retrofit value

  4. Conclusion • Work with vendors on pricing to target $140 / Door, • Proceed with deemed value • Package LED lighting with new case measure • Modeled value
