  16. PIPS AND LETTERS OF REPRIMAND If observation/feedback is implemented correctly, PIPs will rarely be needed. If a school leader chooses to impose a PIP, it must be submitted to network with weekly updates. KNOW WHEN TO SAY “WHEN”
